Mineralogical map of Europe
Note: This card is subject to a licence agreement.
This map is the first sheet (number 9) to be published in the World Mineral Atlas series, whose map layout is the same as the Geological Atlas of the World (out of print in 2005).
The area covered extends from the Atlantic Ocean to the Urals and includes parts of the Near East and North Africa. 760 mineral deposits from 55 countries are represented, a list of which is included on the left side of the map.
The map provides particularly useful information for geologists and mineral exploration professionals. It is also of interest to decision-makers and others concerned with the management of mineral resources.
