Transport of your package
Packages are generally prepared and dispatched within 1 week after receipt of your order and payment.
There are two options for sending the cards: sending the flat and rolled packaged cards in a tube or folded cards sent in an envelope. For the first choice, the rates applied are those of the Colissimo expert service of La Poste. From March 2018, Colissimo will apply the current transport standards, by integrating in particular the notion of volumetric weight in the calculation of shipping costs. This measure concerns parcels sent by air to overseas and international destinations with the exception of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
The volumetric weight is calculated by multiplying the 3 dimensions in centimetres of your parcel, and dividing the result by 5000 (L x W x H) / 5000. You can calculate the postage of your parcel by clicking on this link : https://www.colissimo.entreprise.laposte.fr/fr/poids-volumetrique
For the second, the current rates for normal mail up to 1 kg are applied. Above that, the Colissimo expert rate is applied (it will be displayed as a "tube/roll" option, but will be sent to you in an appropriate packaging.
The standard shipping method is Colissimo signature. As soon as your package is shipped, we will provide you with its reference number and the link that will allow you to track the delivery online.
The shipping costs include packaging, preparation and postage. In the case of an order comprising folded and rolled cards, the system automatically generates two orders for the purpose of calculating the shipping costs corresponding to each of the shipping methods, either as a letter by post or as a parcel by the Colissimo service. Particular care is taken in the preparation of the packages of rolled cards and the globe. The GCCM is not responsible in any way for anomalies that may occur during transport due to poor handling by the carriers concerned, either in France or abroad.
In the event that a parcel shows obvious damage upon delivery, you must refuse delivery and notify us so that we can make the necessary claims. Upon return of the parcel, your order will be sent back at our expense.
